Role focus
Own GTM operations—CRM workflows, pipeline tracking, lead routing, and process design—to reduce friction and support revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain CRM workflows, automations, and reporting dashboards.
- Manage lead routing, scoring, and handoffs.
- Analyze pipeline metrics for bottlenecks and opportunities.
- Develop sales processes, playbooks, and enablement.
- Support deals with data, competitive intelligence, and operational rigor.
Minimum qualifications
- Strong analytics and comfort with data.
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Organization and attention to detail.
- In person in the Bay Area.
Preferred qualifications
- Sales ops, revenue ops, or business ops.
- SQL, spreadsheets, or BI dashboards.
- Marketing automation and sales engagement platforms.
- Interest in AI, devtools, and startups.
