Role focus

Own GTM operations—CRM workflows, pipeline tracking, lead routing, and process design—to reduce friction and support revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain CRM workflows, automations, and reporting dashboards.
  • Manage lead routing, scoring, and handoffs.
  • Analyze pipeline metrics for bottlenecks and opportunities.
  • Develop sales processes, playbooks, and enablement.
  • Support deals with data, competitive intelligence, and operational rigor.

Minimum qualifications

  • Strong analytics and comfort with data.
  • CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Organization and attention to detail.
  • In person in the Bay Area.

Preferred qualifications

  • Sales ops, revenue ops, or business ops.
  • SQL, spreadsheets, or BI dashboards.
  • Marketing automation and sales engagement platforms.
  • Interest in AI, devtools, and startups.
